In our day-to-day activities, we strive to maintain our position as an organization that adds value to the people and for the planet we live in.

Through regular and coordinated actions, we aim at reducing the environmental impact by using recyclable, recycled and bio-based materials, processed by state-of-the-art machineries capable of significantly reducing the energy consumption and the amount of raw material used. Our commitment it is first and foremost towards our people, from customers to suppliers, from employees to partners.

Organization, Management, and Control Model

As of March 2025, Giflor has adopted the Organization, Management, and Control Model in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001 and the Confindustria Guidelines. This initiative aims to establish an integrated compliance system designed to reduce risks for the company and all its stakeholders.

Code of Conduct

Giflor has updated its Code of Conduct, reinforcing the company’s commitment to fairness, transparency, and respect for people and the environment.
Through teamwork, we define the principles that guide our decisions and behavior at all levels of the organization and in every relationship we build—with colleagues, clients, suppliers, and institutions. These principles are essential in areas such as workplace safety, environmental sustainability, anti-discrimination, and the responsible use of resources and information.
